Below is the updated rules on the XCEL/Prep Op
The National office will be taking over the PO program in 2013 when the compulsory work changes and the new system goes into place - It will now be called the XCEL program - they requested that we all start calling our programs XCEL now - for the next 2 years every state will still have their own rules and clubs that come to a state meet to compete will use the home state rules.
A committee is being formed to make up the rules that all states will use starting in the 2013-14 season and to set up how it will work with the JO program.
